Hauck & Aufhäuser raises the target price for PANTALEON shares to 106.00
euros.

Kronberg im Taunus / Hamburg, 10.02.2016 - Analysts at the private bank
Hauck & Aufhäuser have confirmed their buy rating for PANTALEON (XETRA:
PAL, ISIN: DE000A12UPJ7) and raised their target price to 106.00 Euro.
Amongst their reasons is yesterday's announcement of the deal between
Warner Bros. and Amazon for the production by PANTALEON of the very first
German-language series on a streaming service.

Amazon, Warner Bros. and PANTALEON presented the project to the public at a
fully attended press conference in Berlin yesterday. Amazon itself
describes the series in a company own press release as "a milestone in the
area of Video-on-Demand."

Hauck & Aufhäuser Analyst Christian Schwenkenbecher sees the deal as proof
of PANTALEON's outstanding content, which provides the company with a
significant distinguishing feature in the entertainment industry. As well
as the additional revenue contribution, the analyst sees the deal as only
the start for future productions with Amazon.

The analyst also views the further news flow as positive and refers to the
upcoming market launch of PANTAFLIX and the extremely postive feedback from
content owners for the innovative platform, which, amongst others, is
directed at the more than 100 million users worldwide who have no access to
films in their home market.
