Den 18 december 2015 observationsnoterades aktierna i Endomines AB (”Bolaget”) på grund av att Bolaget offentliggjort ett pressmeddelande med information om bolagsstämman beslutat att godkänna styrelsens beslut från den 16 november 2015 att genomföra en nyemission om högst ca 70,8 MSEK mot bakgrund av att det befintliga rörelsekapitalet inte var tillräckligt för att driva verksamheten under kommande tolv månader.
Den 29 januari 2016 offentliggjorde Bolaget ett pressmeddelande med information om att ovan nämnda nyemission hade övertecknats och att den skulle komma att tillföra Bolaget cirka 70,8 MSEK före emissionskostnader, och den 11 februari 2016 offentliggjorde Bolaget ett pressmeddelande med information om att nyemissionen registrerats hos Bolagsverket.
Med anledning av ovanstående beslutar Nasdaq Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i Endomines AB (ENDO, ISIN-kod SE0001803131, orderboks-ID 41059) ska tas bort fr.o.m. imorgon den 12 februari 2016.

On December 18, 2015, the shares in Endomines AB (the “Company”) were given observation status due to that the general meeting of the Company had decided to approve the resolution by the board of directors from November 16, 2015 on a rights issue of shares for a total of approximately MSEK 70.8 with reference to that the current working capital was not sufficient for the upcoming twelve months.
On January 29, 2016, the Company published a press release with information that the above mentioned new issue had been oversubscribed and that approximately 70.8 MSEK was raised before issue costs, and on February 11, 2016, the Company published a press release with information that the new issue had been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
With reference to what is stated above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Endomines AB (ENDO, ISIN code SE0001803131, order book ID 41059) shall be removed with effect as of tomorrow, February 12, 2016.
