Novozymes’ Board of Directors will not propose the election of another candidate instead of Eivind Kolding. As a consequence, Novozymes’ Board of Directors proposes the following candidates for the Board of Directors at the annual shareholders’ meeting February 24, 2016:
- Re-election of Henrik Gürtler as Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Election of Jørgen Buhl Rasmussen as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Election of Agnete Raaschou-Nielsen as member of the Board of Directors
- Re-election of Heinz-Jürgen Bertram, Lars Green and Mathias Uhlén as members of the Board of Directors
