Entra ASA : Lease contract with BI Norwegian Business School for new-build project in Trondheim


Entra has today signed a lease contract with BI Norwegian Business School for a new-built business school at Brattørkaia 16 in Trondheim. When finalised, the property will be 8,350 square meters, fully let to BI Norwegian Business School on a 20 year lease.

"We are very excited about the opportunity to build a new campus for BI Norwegian Business School. Together we have planned for a flexible, environment friendly building at one of the best land plots in Trondheim. The students will bring life and activity to the area and thus further enhance the attractiveness of Brattørkaia" says CEO Arve Regland in a comment.

Brattørkaia is an old seafront harbour area, which Entra has transformed into a prime office and culture area in central Trondheim. Brattørkaia 16 has high environmental ambitions and the project aims for a BREEAM Excellent classification. Construction will commence in January 2017 and the project will be finalised in the summer 2018.
