City Service SE shares will be removed from the Baltic Main List


Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-02-15 14:40 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On February 15, 2016 Nasdaq Vilnius decided to satisfy the application of City Service SE and to remove City Service SE (CTS1L, ISIN code EE3100126368) shares from the Baltic Main List. Taking into account distribution of the financial instruments among the investors and possible effect of the removal from the trading list on interests of investors the shares of City Service SE will be removed on April 30, 2016 (the last trading day on the Baltic Main list of City Service SE shares will be on April 29, 2016).

These financial instruments will be removed from the Main List at the request of the issuer following the provisions of items 18.3., 18.4, 19.1.8. and 19.2. of the Nasdaq Vilnius listing rules.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held on November 6, 2015 adopted the decision to delist the Company’s shares from trading on AB Nasdaq Vilnius.

On November 16, 2015 the shares of the Company were admitted to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The tender offer which was aimed at delisting the shares of City Service SE from trading on AB Nasdaq Vilnius was launched on December 18, 2015 and closed on January 4, 2016.


Nasdaq Vilnius draws investors' attention to the fact that different securities trading, settlement, transfer and safekeeping fees, trading and settlement currency and trading rules apply on the regulated markets operated by AB Nasdaq Vilnius and Warsaw Stock Exchange. Taking into account possible implications of the Company’s shares removal from the Main list on investors, it is recommended for investors to familiarize themselves with the conditions applicable to trading in financial instruments on the Warsaw Stock Exchange before enforcement of this decision.
