All programs formally offered under Safe Surroundings NE will now be offered by the new company Sinfonia Family Services of New Hampshire. Melissa Fernald LICSW, MLADC, the founder of Safe Surroundings NE, will now assume the role of State Director of Sinfonia Family Services of New Hampshire. Melissa brings over 18 years of experience in the field of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Over the past year Melissa has created new and innovative services that promote awareness and early intervention of Substance Use issues for parents, educators, policy makers and communities across the state.
