Nordecon AS signed a contract with Invego Group for the construction works of two apartment houses with office spaces, located at Kopli 4a and 6, Tallinn. The total space of the houses called Novamaja – one six- and one five-storey – will be 3,600 sqm and they will accommodate 42 apartments.
The value of the works is 5.4 million euros, including VAT. The construction works will be completed in March 2017.
