JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 23, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stein Mart (NASDAQ:SMRT) announces the locations of its five new stores opening this spring - the first phase of its 2016 store plan to open at least 12 new stores this year. This news follows the company’s recent release of total sales growth of 3.2 percent for 2015.

The spring store group includes the company’s first ever store in Delaware and a second, sister-store to its very successful Naples, FL location. The five new stores which will open on March 10, 2016 are located in:
- Aurora (Denver), CO: Arapahoe Crossing shopping center
- King of Prussia (Philadelphia), PA: West Dekalb Pike and Henderson Road
- Madison, WI: next to West Towne Mall
- Naples, FL: Tamiami Crossing shopping center
- Wilmington, DE: Concord Square
The locations of the seven or more new fall stores, which are scheduled to open in October and November, will be announced this summer.
