Today, the Board of Directors resolved to distribute an extraordinary dividend to shareholders according to the authorisation under Article 5 of the Articles of Association of IC Group A/S. Consequently, based on the interim report for H1 2015/16, a total dividend of DKK 14.65 per share, corresponding to a total amount of DKK 250 million, will be distributed.
The dividend will be distributed based on the shareholdings registered in the securities account on 1 March 2016 which means that all transactions executed by the close of business on 26 February 2016 will be cum dividend. Dividends paid will be available to shareholders on 2 March 2016.
