(Nasdaq:JOUT), a leading global outdoor recreation equipment company, will hold its annual shareholder meeting on March 2, 2016 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the Company’s global headquarters, located at 555 Main Street in Racine, Wisconsin. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m.

At the meeting, shareholders will: 1) elect directors for the coming year, 2) ratify the appointment of independent auditors, and 3) advise on executive compensation. Items two and three are non-binding votes.
