Prior to Sedgwick, Mancini served as a partner at Seyfarth Shaw. Mancini concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of construction, engineering, government contracts and aerospace. In addition to his experience as a litigator, Mancini helps his clients resolve disputes through domestic and international arbitration and mediation.

Geographically, he has assisted clients throughout the United States, as well as in international jurisdictions including Australia, Malaysia, China, Japan, South and Central America, Turkey, Afghanistan, India, U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Russia, and Kazakhstan, among others.
