Diligent Corporation Announces Early Termination of Hart-Scott-Rodino Waiting Period

The early termination of the waiting period under the HSR Act satisfies one of the closing conditions of the pending Merger, which remains subject to other customary closing conditions, including the approval of Diligent’s shareholders.
