It is with great regret that the Supervisory Board had to accept today's
decision of Paschalis Choulidis to resign as member and chair of the
Management Board with effect of 30 June 2016.
Paschalis Choulidis together with his brother Vlasios Choulidis
significantly shaped the company and developed it further. Only recently he
set the course enabling Drillisch playing a major role at eyelevel with
mobile network operators.
The complete Supervisory Board thanks Paschalis Choulidis for his
outstanding entrepreneurial performance regarding the set up of Drillisch
AG since 1998.
Marc Brucherseifer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Drillisch AG: "We
have to of course accept this decision for private reasons. We very much
appreciate that Paschalis wants to remain on board by offering to serve as
a member of the Supervisory Board. We would be very glad if the
shareholders would share our view."
Vlasios Choulidis: "Even though this resignation is personally affecting
us, we are convinced that the current Management Board is well prepared for
the future challenges in the light of our long term planning which we will
successfully pursue. I am quite sure that my brother will remain loyal with
the Company."
