AVTECH announces management changes

AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) ("AVTECH" or "the Company") today announces the
following management changes:

David Rytter, the former Technical Head within the Aventus NowCast Business Area
has entered into a newly created position as Chief Technical Officer for all
technical areas within AVTECH.

Anders Palm, the former Head of the Consultancy Business Area, has left his full
time employment and current position within AVTECH. Anders Palm will be part of
a group of part-time engaged consultants that is currently being established
within the Company.

Christer Fehrling, the CEO of AVTECH, says: ”Appointing David Rytter as the CTO
of AVTECH will help coordinate the technical resources within and outside of the
Aventus NowCast Business Unit, which David successfully has been the technical
leader of during the last years. David’s proven capability to manage complex
technical development assignments will be one of several key success factors in
the important work that lays ahead during the remainder of 2016, and it is with
great confidence that I now see David assume this expanded responsibility”,
