Today Greentech Energy Systems A/S, a major Danish renewable energy group listed on the Copenhagen Nasdaq OMX, sold three of its Polish wind projects: Parnowo, Ustka and Smolęcin to a subsidiary of EDF EN POLSKA SP. Z.O.O owned by EDF Energies Nouvelles, a leading French renewable energy Group with more than 9 GW of renewable energy worldwide.
The closing of the transaction has occurred today.
The three projects combined amount to a total of 108MW (see also Company Announcement No. 16/2015 for the agreement signed last December).
The sale included the transfer of the Project Companies with the intention of further development and future construction of the projects.
The total value of the transaction for the three wind projects is EUR 5.4M.
