Notification on a change in ownership
Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 9:5) Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company (“Varma”) has notified that, as from 31 March 2016, Varma’s holding in shares of Sponda Plc has fallen under ten (10) per cent, and the current holding of Varma in Sponda Plc's shares is 8.56%.
