Greentech Energy Systems A/S has been informed by Pirelli & C. S.p.A. and Intesa San Paolo S.p.A. that they have become shareholders of the Company and now hold respectively 12,720,374 shares, equivalent to 11.93% of the shares in the Company, and 9,425,292 shares, equivalent to 8.84% of the shares in the Company.
Moreover, GWM Renewable Energy II S.p.A has reduced its ownership to a total of 54,109,944
shares, equivalent to 50.72% of the shares in the Company.
