With reference to release no. 8 of 1 April 2016, the capital increase has now been registered at the Danish Business Authority. Hereafter, the share capital of Columbus A/S amounts to DKK 145,247,215 (nom.) divided into 116,197,772 shares of DKK 1.25. The total number of votes is 116,197,772.
