Columbus A/S announces under reference to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act that the Chairman of the Board, Ib Kunøe has informed us that Ib Kunøe and Consolidated Holdings A/S, which is controlled by Ib Kunøe, now together own less than 50% of the shares and voting rights in Columbus A/S after the capital increase.
Ib Kunøe and Consolidated Holdings A/S owns 56,718,055 shares, corresponding to 48.8% and total 57,715,113 voting rights, corresponding to 49.67%.
