THE CONTRACT BASE OF IXONOS’ DOMESTIC CLOUD- AND HOSTING BUSINESS AREA IS TRANSFERRED TO DATACENTER FINLAND
Ixonos Finland, a subsidiary of Ixonos Plc, and DataCenter Finland have today commenced an agreement where DataCenter Finland acquires the domestic contract base of Ixonos’ Cloud and Hosting business.
Ixonos will focus on implementing it’s Discover, Design, Deliver strategy and will use the released expertise to build and deliver DevOps services.
DataCenter Finland is a reliable Finnish datacentre company that focus on ensuring the future of its customers and the continuity of their business. The contract base that is transferred to DataCenter Finland supports their strategy in an excellent way.
The trade does not have an impact on the result of Ixonos Finland, and it does not have a significant positive impact on the company’s cash.
