Valoe: Disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Market Act
Valoe Corporation has received an announcement from EMEFCY Group Ltd on 7 April 2016 according to which its shareholding in Valoe shares has crossed the threshold of under 5 % of all the shares in Valoe as a result of a share transaction concluded on 5 April 2016 whereby all the Valoe shares owned by Australian EMEFCY Group Ltd (former Savcor Group Ltd) were sold to Savcor Communications PTY.LTD.
EMEFCY Group Ltd held on the deal a total of 133,333,333 Valoe´s shares representing altogether approximately 15.5 % of Valoe´s 862,472,136 shares and related voting rights.
