MARTELA’S CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS IN BODAFORS CONCLUDED
Martela initiated negotiations under the Swedish Co-determination at work Act on 1 March 2016 concerning employees of its Bodafors facility in Sweden. The purpose of the measures planned is to create a more flexible supply chain in response to a changed and more varied customer demand and to implement the Martela Lifecycle strategy more effectively.
Martela has concluded co-operation negotiations. As a result of the negotiations in Bodafors it has been decided to dismiss 16 employees.
