Employee Benefits Satisfaction 40% Higher with Wellness Programs, New Four Seasons Financial Education Survey Reveals.

Employees rated overall benefits satisfaction higher when employers offered financial wellness program.


ST. LOUIS, Mo., April 12, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Four Seasons Financial Education (FSFE) recently revealed their 2016 Employee Financial Wellness Survey. This survey of 554 employees from around the US found that employees were more likely to be satisfied with their employer's overall benefits package with the existance of a wellness program.

On scale of 1 through 10, those employees without a wellness program at work rated their benefits satisfaction at 5.49. Those employees with a wellness program available, but which excluded a financial wellness component, averaged a rating of 7.2. Those employees with a wellness program available that included financial wellness rated their benefits at an average of 7.66. This represents an increase of 39.5% over the employee group without any wellness program at work.
