Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 13 April 2016, 10:00 EET Between 1 January 2016 and 31 March 2016, a total of 96 159 Tieto Corporation new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2009C. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2009C, the entire subscription price of EUR 754 192.02 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. As a result of subscriptions, the number of Tieto shares increases to 74 109 252. The shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the Trade Register on 13 April 2016, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ Helsinki together with the old shares as of 14 April 2016. The share subscription period for stock options 2009C was 1 March 2014–31 March 2016.
