The Company announces on 19 April 2016 that the EnQuest Annual Report & Accounts
2015 and the Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting have been published. These
documents are publicly available on the EnQuest PLC website (www.enquest.com),
found under the Investors section. This follows the release on 17 March 2016 of
the Company's Final Year-End Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December
2015.

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, on 19 April 2016 the Company
submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism copies

Notice of EnQuest Annual General Meeting 2016
Form of Proxy
