On March 26, 2012, bonds issued by Fljótsdalshérað (symbol: AH 03 1 and FDH 09 1) received an observation status with reference to an emphasis of matter in the issuer‘s annual financial report for the year 2011, where it was stated, inter alia, that the issuer‘s equity was negative. After reviewing Fljótsdalshérað‘s annual financial report for the year 2015, which was made public on April 6, 2016, Nasdaq Iceland hf. („the Exchange“) has decided to remove the observation status from bonds issued by Fljótsdalshérað. The decision is effective as of today, April 20, 2016.
