eQ Plc 2010 A-D option rights have been listed on Nasdaq Helsinki since 8 May 2015. Listing of the stock option rights was announced as a stock exchange release on 15 April 2015. At the same time it was announced that also the 2010 E option rights will be applied for listing together with the 2010 A-D option rights once the subscription period has commenced on 1 April 2016.
eQ Plc 2010 E option rights have now been applied for listing on Nasdaq Helsinki together with the 2010 A-D option rights and at the same time the name of the listed options will be changed to “eQ options 2010”. Listing of the merged option series will commence on 28 April 2016.
Key employees of eQ Plc currently hold a total of 390,000 2010 E option rights. The total amount of the listed 2010 option rights will be 1,330,000 once the 2010 E option rights are listed.
