Changes in the Management Board of Skano Group AS and its subsidiaries and decisions of the Supervisory Board of Skano Group AS
Skano Group AS informs that the Supervisory Board convened on April 25, 2016 and decided the following:
1. Changes to the Management of Skano Group AS (including all the Group's subsidiaries)
Effective April 25, 2016, board member Gregory Devine Grace is appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board. Former Chairman Martin Kalle will continue as a board member of Skano Group AS (including the group's commercial subsidiaries) until May 25, 2016, in order to ensure a smooth transfer of functions.
Gregory Devine Grace has been a member of the board of Skano Group AS since June 2014, responsible for sales and strategy for the organization. As Chairman of the Board Gregory Devine Grace will take over the daily management of Skano Group AS.
2. Martin Kalle’s agreement on Skano Group AS share options
In connection with the departure, the share option agreement with Martin Kalle ends and the departing member loses the right to use the share options.
3. Skano Group Ltd. Chief Financial Officer
Mare Eltermann has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer for Skano Group AS. Mare Eltermann has long-term work experience as A/S Trigon Agri group and Trigon Capital group financial controller.
