AS Tallink Grupp (the “Company”) has requested the Bond Trustee of the bond issue with ISIN NO 0010682255 and ticker code TLG01 to summon bondholders' meeting to request a one-time waiver allowing the Company, if approved, to pay higher equity distributions in 2016 than what is agreed in the bond agreement.
