On 26 April 2016, the Management Board of the Bank passed a resolution to start the process of liquidation of the subsidiaries directly controlled by the Bank Investicinio turto valdymas UAB and Trade project UAB as well as the indirectly controlled subsidiary Žalgirio sporto arena UAB. The Bank acquired control over these subsidiaries in 2013 assuming part of Ūkio bankas AB assets and liabilities. After selling the non-banking assets of these companies, their further operation is considered as purposeless.
