Ramirent Plc signed a EUR 175 million syndicated credit facility agreement today. The maturity of the multicurrency revolving credit facility is five years with two one-year extension options.
The credit facility will be used to re-finance a short-term credit facility of EUR 75 million and for general corporate purposes.

The syndicate lead arrangers are Danske Bank Plc, Nordea Bank Finland Plc and OP Corporate Bank plc.
Ramirent has committed long-term senior credit facilities of EUR 515 million and a committed short-term credit facility of EUR 75 million. On 31 December 2015, Ramirent’s net debt was EUR 280.9 million.
