DBV Technologies, (Euronext: DBV - ISIN: FR0010417345 - Nasdaq Stock Market: DBVT), a clinical-stage specialty biopharmaceutical company, today announced its cash and cash equivalents as of March 31, 2016.

Cash and cash equivalents

DBV's cash and cash equivalents amounted to €308.6 million as of March 31, 2016, compared to €323.4 million as of December 31, 2015.

Number of outstanding shares 

As of March 31, 2016, DBV's number of outstanding shares was 24,205,129 ordinary shares.
