CANCOM SE: Preliminary figures for the first quarter of 2016 significantly
increased

Munich, Germany, 29 April 2016 - According to preliminary figures and
compared to the same period in the previous year, CANCOM SE (ISIN
DE0005419105) significantly increased consolidated EBITDA by 50.5 percent
up to EUR 16.1 million in the first quarter of 2016 (q1/2015: EUR 10.7
million). EBITDA margin rose up to 6.9 percent from 5.4 percent in q1/2015.

Preliminary Group EBIT grew by 101.9 percent from EUR 5.4 million to EUR
10.9 million.

Group sales for the first three months of the current financial year
according to preliminary figures were EUR 234.7 million, a plus of 18.4
percent compared to group sales of EUR 198.2 million for the first quarter
of 2015.

Final figures for the first quarter of 2016 will be published on 12 May
2016.
