We have received the following notification by the Government of Singapore
on April 28, 2016:

'Notification according to Section 27a of the German Securities Trading Act
(Werpapierhandelsgesetzt-WpHG)

To whom it may concern,

Pursuant to section 27a WpHG, we hereby notify for and on behalf of the
Government of Singepore ('GOS'), acting by and through Ministry of Finance,
Singapore, Singapore, in
relation to our disclosure dated 28 April 2016 of the indirect voting
rights (exceeding the threshold of 10% as of 22 April 2016) in alstria
office REIT-AG ('Issuer'), acquired by and/or being attributed to GIC
Private Limited ('GIC') as discretionary fund manager for GOS, of the aims
pursued with the purchase of the voting rights in the Issuer:

1. The acquisition was solely aimed at generating trading profits.

2. GOS does not currently intend to acquire further voting rights within
the next twelve months by means of a purchase or by any other means.
However, it is possible that further voting rights may be purchased by GIC
within the next twelve months, if it is beneficial to do so.

3. GOS does not intend to exert any influence on the appointment or removal
of members of the Issuer's administrative, managing and supervisory bodies.

4. GOS does not intend to pursue a material change in the Issuer's capital
structure, in particular as regards the ratio between own funds and
external funds and the dividend policy.

5. The voting rights were acquired by and/or are being attributed to GIC as
fund manager that manages assets of GOS, no equity or debt funding was
required for the acquisition of the voting rights.'
