Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority appeals against the decision of the Market Court


On 30 March 2016, the Market Court in Finland dismissed as time barred the
allegations by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) that Eltel
would have violated competition law. The allegations were related to planning
and construction of power transmission business in Finland.

The FCCA has on 29 April 2016 submitted an appeal to the Supreme Administrative
Court against the decision of the Finnish Market Court.

Markets Act (Sw: Lag om värdepappersmarknaden) and the Swedish Financial
Instruments Trading Act (Sw: Lagen om handel med finansiella instrument).
