Nasdaq Riga decided on May 2, 2016 to immediately apply observation status to AS "Ditton Pievadķēžu Rūpnīca” (DPK1R, ISIN code: LV0000100212), AS "Latvijas Jūras Medicīnas centrs" (LJM1R, ISIN code: LV0000100741), AS "Daugavpils Lokomatīvju Remonta Rūpnīca" (LOK1R, ISIN code: LV0000101061), AS "Latvijas Tilti" (LTT1R, ISIN code: LV0000100311), AS "ELKO Grupa" (ELGB080018A, ISIN code: LV0000801892), SIA "VIA SMS Group" (VIAS130016A, ISIN code: LV0000801496).
Observation status will be applied according to Nasdaq Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 5, which stipulates that the Issuer shall be placed on observation status if it fails to disclose the information to be disclosed on a regular basis as specified herein in due time and manner.
AS „Ditton Pievadķēžu Rūpnīca", AS "Latvijas Jūras Medicīnas centrs", AS "Daugavpils Lokomatīvju Remonta Rūpnīca", AS "Latvijas Tilti", SIA "VIA SMS Group" have failed to submit its audited annual report of 2015 and AS "ELKO Grupa" has failed to submit its stand alone audited annual report of 2015 by May 2, 2016.
The purpose of assigning observation status is to alert the market participants.
