TEO LT, AB as a sole shareholders of its subsidiaries UAB Omnitel and UAB Baltic Data Center decided to change legal form of UAB Omnitel from closed joint-stock company into joint-stock company and UAB Baltic Data Center from closed joint-stock company into joint-stock company.
TEO LT, AB owns a 100 per cent stake in UAB Omnitel and a 100 per cent stake in UAB Baltic Data Center.
After change of legal form the companies will operate as AB Omnitel and AB Baltic Data Center.
