This year, there were 80 employers from around the state to make the list, which is compiled by Best Companies Group, in conjunction with the New York State Society of Human Resource Management. CDPHP made the Best Companies list based on the organization's workplace policies, systems, and practices, as well as a survey, which was open to all employees, that measures employee engagement.
