John Eulich Named Chairman of Enterprise Financial 


ST. LOUIS, May 05, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ:EFSC) announced that John S. Eulich has been named non-executive Chairman of the Board. Eulich, who joined the board in 2010, is a prominent St. Louis entrepreneur and private investor.

Eulich succeeds James J. Murphy, Jr., who remains a director. Murphy is chairman of Murphy Company, a leading mechanical specialty contracting firm based in St. Louis. He has served on the Enterprise board since 2002. Murphy was named Lead Independent Director in 2005 and non-executive Chairman of the Board in 2008.

Eulich recently sold his majority interest in ASPEQ Heating Group, Inc. a manufacturer of electric heaters and controls for commercial, industrial, military and transportation applications. He is currently investing in small manufacturing companies, generally in the Midwest. Eulich was formerly president and CEO of Mark Andy, Inc. a leading printing equipment manufacturer, and headed the management consulting group for Mark Twain Bancshares, Inc.

Eulich earned a BS in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Eulich also serves on the board of LMI Aerospace in St. Louis as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and a member of its Audit and Compensation Committees. He is chairman of the board of Charlotte’s Capital Partners and continues to serve on ASPEQ Heating Group’s board. Eulich serves on the Advisory Board of Automation Service and is a member of the Billikens Angels Network, Saint Louis University’s angel investment group. He is also past chairman of AAIM’s Employer’s Association.
