On 09 May 2016 following the resolution of the Director of the Supervisory Service of the Bank of Lithuania Darius Šulnis and Martynas Česnavičius are allowed to become the members of the Supervisory Council of Šiaulių Bankas AB.
The members of the Supervisory Council were elected for the new tenure during the General meeting of shareholders held on 30 March 2016. According to the resolution passed during the meeting persons Darius Šulnis and Martynas Česnavičius who have been elected to the Supervisory Council of the Bank for the first time shall start taking their offices only upon receiving the respective permission from the Bank of Lithuania.
