Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-05-12 07:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The general shareholders meeting of UAB EPSO-G, which holds 97.5 percent of the shares of AB Litgrid, on May 11 2016 elected the Supervisory Board of five members for a four-year term:
- Audrius Misevičius, the advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Inga Černiuk, the Chancellor of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Agnė Amelija Petravičienė, Head of the Legal division of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Raimondas Rapkevičius, Deputy CEO, Finance, Member of the Board at UAB General Financing;
- Viktorija Trimbel, Board Member at AB Lithuanian Radio and Television Centre, Managing Partner at Quantum Capital.
