UAB EPSO-G Forms a Supervisory Board


On 11 May 2016, the General Meeting of Shareholders of UAB EPSO-G elected for a four-year term UAB EPSO-G's Supervisory Board, which is comprised of five members:

- Audrius Misevičius, Advisor on Social Issues to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania;

- Inga Černiuk, Chancellor of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania;

- Agnė Amelija Petravičienė, Head of Legal Department of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania;

- Raimondas Rapkevičius, Board Member, Deputy CEO and Finance Director of UAB General Financing;

- Viktorija Trimbel, Independent Board Member of AB Lietuvos Radijo ir Televizijos Centras and Managing Partner of Quantum Capital.

Audrius Misevičius, Inga Černiuk and Agnė Amelija Petravičienė were elected to the Supervisory Board as members representing the state of Lithuania, whereas Raimondas Rapkevičius and Viktorija Trimbel were elected as independent members of the Supervisory Board of UAB EPSO-G.

Given the fact that  AB Amber Grid belongs to a Corporate Group of UAB EPSO-G, its Supervisory Board on a group-wide level and in accordance with the procedure as provided for by the UAB EPSO-G's Articles of Association, carries out the functions for the monitoring of the internal control system and the risk management processes, the AB Amber Grid's General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board will be in a position to take into account UAB EPSO-G's Supervisory Board's proposals and comments  that are provided on issues falling within the competence of respective bodies of the Company.

UAB EPSO-G is a holding company, which holds controlling stakes in the natural gas transmission system operator, AB Amber Grid, the electricity transmission system operator, LITGRID AB, and Lithuania's energy resources exchange operator, UAB BALTPOOL.
