Innofactor Plc’s CFO leaves on September 30th, 2016 - the search for a new CFO will start immediately

Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release May 13, 2016, at 8:30 Finnish time

Innofactor Plc’s CFO and deputy CEO Janne Martola handed in his resignation on his own initiative yesterday, May 12, 2016. Innofactor’s Board of Directors and Martola have agreed that Martola will continue as the CFO until the end of the third quarter on September 30, 2016. Acquisitions, which have been Martola’s responsibility in the Executive Board, will be reassigned within the Executive Board from May 13th, 2016 onwards to CEO Sami Ensio, who will be directly responsible for them. Paavo Pakkanen, the director responsible for acquisitions, will report directly to Ensio in the future.

Innofactor will start the search for a new CFO immediately today, May 13, 2016. The recruitment announcement will be published on the company’s web site without delay after this stock exchange release has been published. The goal is to select the new CFO by the end of June 2016, so that the new CFO can start in the job on October 1, 2016, at the latest. Innofactor will issue a release about the selection of the new CFO after a decision has been made about the matter.

“I want to thank Janne Martola for his significant efforts in Innofactor during 2011-2016. During this time, Innofactor implemented several important acquisitions, financial arrangements and development actions in which Janne had a central role. Janne’s departure from Innofactor is not in any way desirable, but I do understand his personal reasons for this decision. Innofactor is an interesting company with strong growth and international expansion and I believe we will find a very competent person as our new CFO”, says CEO Sami Ensio.

“I extend my warm thanks to Innofactor’s Board of Directors, Executive Board and the entire personnel for this unique opportunity to help Innofactor grow and expand internationally, both as a member of the Executive Board and as the CFO in the past five years. During this time, Innofactor has grown from a Finnish organization of approximately 180 employees to a Nordic organization of over 500 employees. It was a tough decision, but I feel that this is the right time for me to continue towards new challenges”, says CFO Janne Martola.
