The Board of Directors of JSC „Tosmares kuģubūvētava”, unified registration number 42103022837, informs that on April 29th, 2016 in the Annual Shareholders' Meeting was elected the Council of JSC „Tosmares kuģubūvētava” in the new composition.
Four of the Members of the Council had previously held the positions of the Members of the Council, including Henrik Kasesalu, who recently changed the surname, and thus further he will hold position of the Members of the Council as Henrik Murel.
Larisa Artemenko was elected as a Member of the Council of JSC „Tosmares kuģubūvētava” for the first time. Larisa Artemenko is graduated from the Kiev Technological Institute of Light Industry obtaining the qualification of Engineer–Economist. Since 1974 Larisa Artemenko works in JSC „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” company, regularly holding leading positions. Till the April 2014 Larisa Artemenko was holding position of the Member of the Board of Directors of JSC „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”, but from August 2014 she is holding the position of a financial adviser. Considering that Larisa Artemenko is owner of 34 967 shares of JSC „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”, indirectly she is also a shareholder of JSC „Tosmares kuģubūvētava”.
