(MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions, today announced that key leaders and advisors will highlight the company’s innovative and evolving security solutions at the 2016 Special Operations Forces Industry Conference (SOFIC). The conference begins on Monday, May 23 and runs through Thursday, May 26 at the Tampa Convention Center in Florida.

Each year, SOFIC provides a forum for U.S. military and partnering nations, government and industry stakeholders to discuss how to best support global Special Operations Forces (SOF) in today’s environment. The conference theme in 2016 is “Evolving the Network to Counter Emerging Threats,” which reflects the vision of a global SOF network to address current and future security threats.

During the conference, MacB will display and discuss Information Technology, Training and Quick Reaction Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Prototyping capabilities, as well as demonstrate the following security solutions:

Survey Signal: An integrated, low profile, robotic antenna positioning platform for automated signals survey, situational awareness and sustained monitoring. The system accommodates a wide range of antenna options to support a variety of Signals Intelligence missions.

Visual Signature Reduction: An example of tailored visual signature reduction techniques suitable for a variety of low-profile ISR mission requirements. The processes support long-duration missions with solutions that address a range of visual vulnerabilities including enhanced imaging technologies.

Additionally, MacB President and CEO Sidney E. Fuchs will participate in an industry panel event on Tuesday, May 24 at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina. Sponsored by Raymond James, an investment and financial planning company, the U.S. Special Operation Command networking event and luncheon is scheduled for 11:45 a.m. Mr. Fuchs, along with two other panelists and a moderator, will discuss “Growing Your Business in the Special Operations Community” beginning at 12:20 p.m.
