Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of May 13, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 2,330,606 shares with a transaction value of DKK 685.9 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 2, 2016 and initiated February 1, 2016.
