WOOD DALE, Ill., May 17, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Power Solutions International, Inc. (Nasdaq:PSIX), a leader in the design, engineer and manufacture of emissions-certified alternative-fuel and conventional power systems, announced today that Eric Cohen will no longer serve as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer effective as of the close of business May 16, 2016, and that he has left the Company.
In the interim, Michael Lewis, Chief Financial Officer, will assume operational responsibilities with the support of management, while the Company conducts a search for the next permanent Chief Operating Officer.
