Vestjysk Bank redeems subordinated loan capital at maturity
On 22 May 2008 former Aarhus Lokalbank (now merged with Vestjysk Bank) received a loan of DKK 47,823,000.00 as subordinated loan capital with a duration of 8 years.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the loan, the loan has been redeemed at maturity on 23 May 2016. The redemption has no effect on Vestjysk Bank's solvency ratio.
