Aabenraa, Denmark, 2016-05-25 10:14 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At the AGM of Sydbank A/S on 17 March 2016 it was resolved to reduce the Bank’s share capital by nominally DKK 20,098,000 by cancelling 2,009,800 shares which were acquired during the Bank’s share buyback programme in 2015.
The capital reduction was implemented and registered today.
As a result Sydbank’s total share capital represents nominally DKK 722,401,990, equivalent to 72,240,199 shares of DKK 10 each and 72,240,199 voting rights.
