Tangoe is a leading global provider of IT Expense Management software and services. Tangoe provides connection lifecycle management (“CLM”) software and services to a wide range of global enterprises and service providers. Further, after market closed on March 7, 2016, the Company also filed a Form 8-K with the SEC disclosing the consolidated financial statements of the fiscal years ending December 31, 2013 and 2014, as well as the quarters ended March 31, 2015, June 30, 2015, and September 30, 2015 should no longer be relied upon.

On this news, shares of Tangoe fell $0.70 per share or over 9% from its previous closing price to close at $7.75 per share on March 8, 2016, damaging investors.
